This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and windph governing your use of the platform, your account, all gaming activities, financial transactions, bonuses, and related services. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wager on windph.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between each Player and windph. Access to or use of the windph platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing Wagers, or claiming any bonus — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by windph's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and any specific promotional terms attached to bonuses and offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and supplementary documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
2.3 windph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or within the platform interface. Continued use of the windph platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
2.4 If a Player does not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or with any amendment made thereto, the Player must immediately cease using the windph platform and, if applicable, close their Account in accordance with Section 4.7 of these Terms.
3.1 Age: The Player must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and must remain 21 years of age or older throughout their use of the windph platform. windph enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification. Any Account found to belong to a Player under the age of 21 will be permanently suspended, all funds in the Account will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling enforcement guidelines, and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities.
3.2 Jurisdiction: The windph platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing windph from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of such access under their local laws. windph does not accept registrations from Players located in jurisdictions where use of the platform would be unlawful.
3.3 Legal Capacity: The Player must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated, are subject to a self-exclusion order on windph or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform, or are employees of windph or its affiliated entities, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
3.4 One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on windph. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.1 To access real-money gaming on windph, a Player must complete the Account registration process. Registration requires provision of a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen password, and confirmation of eligibility including date of birth.
4.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. windph reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request additional documentation at any time.
4.3 KYC Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR's player identification requirements and applicable Philippine AML regulations, windph requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or valid passport) and a real-time selfie for facial match verification.
4.4 windph processes KYC submissions during business hours. Standard verification is completed within two (2) to four (4) hours of submission. Complex verification cases may take up to three (3) business days. Players may use demo game modes while KYC is pending but may not deposit, wager real money, or withdraw until verification is complete.
4.5 windph may request updated or additional identity documentation at any time as required by PAGCOR or AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension until compliance is achieved.
4.6 windph reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.
4.7 Account Closure: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting windph support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the Player's Wallet at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified Philippine payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.
5.1 The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials, including mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
5.2 windph will never request a Player's password, OTP, or full account credentials through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any communication purportedly from windph requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to windph support immediately.
5.3 The Player must notify windph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account or any suspicion that their Account credentials have been compromised. windph will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notice.
5.4 All activity conducted through a Player's Account — including all Wagers placed and all financial transactions executed — is deemed to have been authorized by the Account holder unless and until windph receives written notification of unauthorized access.
5.5 Players are strongly advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their windph Account. windph may make 2FA mandatory for high-value accounts or in circumstances where security risk is identified.
6.1 windph accepts deposits via the following Philippine-regulated payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed and maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP).
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and by the Player's Account verification status. Current deposit limits are displayed within the windph platform Cashier section.
6.3 windph does not charge deposit processing fees. Third-party fees imposed by the Player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.4 Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits typically credit within sixty (60) seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business hours.
6.5 windph reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any deposit pending additional verification in accordance with windph's AML obligations. windph is under no obligation to process deposits received from payment methods that do not match the Player's registered identity.
6.6 Players are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made from payment accounts held in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
All financial transactions on windph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). windph does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any funds converted to PHP by a payment provider prior to deposit are subject to that provider's exchange rates and fees, for which windph accepts no responsibility.
7.1 Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their windph Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and completion of KYC verification as detailed in Section 4.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to Philippine payment accounts held in the Player's own verified name. windph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.3 GCash withdrawals from verified Accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of submission during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically process within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, weekends, or Philippine public holidays.
7.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable withdrawal processing fees are displayed within the windph platform Cashier section and are subject to change with notice to Players.
7.5 windph may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, including without limitation withdrawals that are disproportionate to the Player's typical activity pattern or that trigger windph's AML monitoring systems.
7.6 windph reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation. windph will notify the Player of any withdrawal hold and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.7 Bonus Funds and any winnings accrued exclusively from Bonus Funds (prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements) are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been completed. Refer to Section 8 for full bonus terms.
8.1 windph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published within the promotional material for that offer.
8.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
8.3 windph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
8.4 windph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus — and any winnings accrued therefrom — if windph has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has:
8.5 Bonus Funds are applied to a Player's Account separately from real-money funds. The order in which Bonus Funds and real-money funds are used for wagering is determined by windph's platform rules and disclosed within the individual bonus terms.
9.1 All games offered on windph — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Fishing Games, Bingo, and Crash Games — are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each title or category, which are accessible within the game interface or in the Game Information section of the windph platform.
9.2 All RNG-based games on windph use independently certified Random Number Generator software. RTP (Return to Player) figures for all RNG games are published and accurate. windph does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.3 In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or network disconnection that affects the outcome of a Wager, windph will investigate the incident and determine an outcome based on the available game state data, its own technical records, and the applicable game rules. windph's determination in such cases is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 16.
9.4 Sports Betting: All sports betting markets offered on windph are subject to windph's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement of bets in cases of postponed events, walkovers, rule 4 deductions, and other contingencies. 9.5 windph reserves the right to void any Wager where it has been placed as a result of a pricing or odds error, system malfunction, or human error that resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed to the Player.
10.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the windph platform:
10.2 Violation of any provision in Section 10.1 constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of any Account balance (real-money and Bonus Funds), and reporting of the conduct to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the windph platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
12.3 No content from the windph platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of windph.

13.1 windph provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any game, feature, or service on the platform.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, windph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the windph platform, including without limitation losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, payment processing delays, or interruptions in service.
13.3 windph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the windph platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude windph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 windph collects, processes, and stores personal data from Players in accordance with the windph Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between windph and the Player, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
14.2 By registering an Account, Players consent to windph collecting and processing their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, platform operation, customer support, and responsible gaming enforcement.
14.3 windph maintains the security of Player data using industry-standard encryption and access control measures. windph does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
14.4 Players may review their rights with respect to their personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data, in the windph Privacy Policy.
15.1 windph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be notified to Players via the windph platform interface, via SMS to the registered mobile number, or both, at windph's discretion.
15.2 Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification, which shall not be less than seven (7) days after notification except where amendments are required for immediate compliance with PAGCOR directives, Philippine law, or to address urgent platform security matters.
15.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at windph.org/terms-conditions. The version date and version number displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable revision.
15.4 A Player's continued use of the windph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept amended Terms & Conditions must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 4.7.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from the use of the windph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Internal Complaint Process: Players who have a dispute with windph must first submit a formal complaint to windph's support team in writing via the live chat system or by email to the support address listed at windph.org. windph will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within fifteen (15) business days.
16.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Recourse: If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through windph's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures. windph cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution proceedings.
16.4 Any unresolved disputes not settled through the above processes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or to the appropriate Philippine courts with competent jurisdiction.
